Is the app free to play?

Yes! FurPlay is completely free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available but never required to make an impact.

How do I reset my progress?

Contact our support team at support@dogliment.com with your account email and we'll assist you within 24 hours.

Can I see which shelter my donation went to?

Yes! Open your Impact Tracker in the app to see the shelter name, location, and number of meals contributed from your account.

How do I report a bug?

Use the in-app feedback button or email us with your device model and a description of the issue. Screenshots always help!
